Utterly disappointing, I was told the Dr wanted to see me, then he proceeded to ask me why I'm there ?
Proceeded to ask me who diagnosed me with the condition I have (It was him) only to fel dismissed until I've filled in a piece of paper (quiz)
I feel it's rude to talk to the back of his head whilst he looks at the computer screen, looking for who knows what ?
Overall I didn't feel this was a positive experience.
I am having a series of appointments and I find the system seems to work. I would say that I am a new patient on this practice having been registered with Conisbrough Group Practice for many years
My appt was to see the nurse, Alison. This is the 2nd time i have seen her and would highly recommend patients book an appt to see her. She has a lovely caring attitude, listens to my concerns and is genuinely concerned about how seriously poorly i am. All the nurses at this practice work to a very high standard.
Treatment by the doctor was very professional and informative.
The service I received was perfect from the moment I picked up the phone to the time I attended the appointment the staff were polite courteous and are far better than the previous Dr's practice I were previously at
The Nayar Practice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
